Kyrie Eleison, Lord Have Mercy, is the strongest Christian mantra – a prayer we pray often desiring to be embraced by God’s love, compassion, tenderness.
Gaze at the mantra, repeat gently, ‘Lord have mercy’ and rest where the prayer leads you.
