24 Hours For The Lord Prayer Vigil

In his writing on the Year of Mercy, Pope Francis invites everyone to participate in 24 Hours for the Lord on March 4, 5. The SSNDs at Wilton are praying in the following way:

  •  A common vespers on Friday, March 4 at 6 pm;
  •  A common prayer at 8 pm;
  •  Common prayer at 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm on Saturday, March 5.

CNDs have been invited to participate in any or all of the prayer times. Pat McCarthy will lead the 8 pm prayer service.

Very Good News

On December 8, 2015, during a special 10:30 a.m. Mass, the sisters of the Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Infirmary and Our Lady of Peace Community were invited to mark, in their own significant and memorable way, the 50th anniversary of the closing of the Second Vatican Council and the beginning of the Jubilee Year of Mercy (December 8, 2015 – November 20, 2016).Truly good news!
