A Note from the Formation Corner

Dear Friends,

Three of us from the Novitiate Community will be going to El Paso, Texas. We will be helping out at Annunciation House which along with many welcoming centers, is offering hospitality to refugee families that have crossed the border. We, Sr. Cathy Molloy, Sr. Libby Osgood and Sr. Maco Cassetta will be making our way on January 21st, 2019 and will be returning on February 4th, 2019.

First and foremost, we are asking for your prayers as we engage in this timely visitation experience. We hear that the work will be intense both physically and emotionally. We are grateful for the many women and men, including our dear Sister Bea Baker, who have offered their services and are giving us the needed encouragement to go to El Paso.

Secondly, you are welcome to check out the website for Annunciation House where we will be working. Follow the link and you will hear more about their many projects: https://annunciationhouse.org . We are grateful to the Congregation for the support and help for this experience.

As we make the journey, we hope to keep you posted. May Marguerite and Mary of the Visitation be with us as we walk in solidarity with our migrant brothers and sisters.

In Communion,

Maco Cassetta, Cathy Molloy, Libby Osgood
